I'm not really sure why your conversions suck topcbstore. I was using TMD but then canned them due to the Clickbank announcement. I finally decided to signup with yourclick after they changed their chargeback rates. Now they also won't charge you for the wire transfer which is nice. I decided to go with the-movie-downloading.com because it's exactly the same as TMD -- looks the same, but has some girl involved with pre-sales in a flash video, which is better I think.

Anyway, this month (started 03/20/2009) I made 27 sales ($714.61) and have 4 refunds (-$100.84) and 0 chargebacks... giving me a total of $613.77 thus far. That's about a 15% refund rate so far. It's the same for me as it was with TMD on clickbank. So I have not noticed a difference at all in sales, refunds, or otherwise.

Ok, so the payout of $1000 by default sucks no doubt -- but hopefully that will change as more people join up. They did mention to me in an email that they are currently seeking more payment methods -- which doesn't really mean much to me right now, but at least I won't have to pay the wire transfer fee for them sending it to me, only receiving it, as my bank charges me a fee ($15).

Try using the site I am using above and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't, then maybe you're advertising NEW MOVIES that surely won't be available just yet in any P2P network? I learned my lesson from that. It raised my refund rate big time whenever I advertised movies on opening weekend. Now I go after traffic who are looking for movies that have been out for a week at least - because it's more realistic to find them on P2P networks. I get less traffic but more conversions and less refunds.

yourclick is the same, if not worse than clickbank, your all making a big mistake trusting this website when it has no track record or anything.

Here is my ugly screenshot of yourclick

So far 7 sales our of 4700 clicks and 2 refunds. This is like 1 sale per 670 hits and 28% refund ratio.

My average clickbank earnings used to be 1 sale in 150 hops and 14% refund.

Like I said before yourclick sucks

Here are my quick report screenshots. For the last screenshot, you will see my sales coming from the-movie-downloads.com -- I just selected my biggest day which had 8 sales that day because it wouldn't all fit on the screen otherwise. I also had 2 more refunds as of my last post, thereby raising my refund rate to 20% rather than 15% -- but again, still the same as Clickbank, as I fluctuated between 12%-25% -- just depending on the month. One month I even had 33% refunds -- but I made a killing that month so it didn't matter to me. It was over the holidays (Christmas time). (Ha!)

Still, clickbank is easier because I was getting weekly payouts over $1000 per week from TMD and I didn't have to worry about making my quota. Weekly payouts is allowed after the first few payments from clickbank. Now all I am getting from them are the reserves -- which is still nice, but damn, I'm going to miss those weekly payouts. :) Oh well, I will probably drop movie downloads in about 2-3 months anyway. They're just too unreliable, and with so many sites getting shut down, it's only a matter of time before these kinds of sites get shut down too I'm sure.

If TMD can make itself more effective then one can continue in this niche otherwise we need to look a better alternative.

On what basis are you making this claim? Have you tried to promote sites from YourClick.com? If so, please share your experience.

I’m working on an ebook called “YourClick on Steroids”. Here is a report screenshot from my YourClick account from yesterday. I’m generating huge sales from my sites and my conversion ratios are amazing. Obviously I’m not revealing any of my marketing methods yet, you’ll have to wait for the book  If you think the screenshot is fake, PM me and I’ll give you more proof.

Why do all these guys pushing yourclick.com only have a handful of posts on this forum, why have you hunted down this forum to post your praise about yourclick.........I think it's pretty apparent that you are connected to yourclick in some way otherwise why would you post, it's so pathetic!!

Personally, I could care less about Yourclick. I made a lot of money doing movie downloads (themoviedownloads.com to be exact), therefore I replied on a different thread about clickbank removing p2p software from their network -- which eventually led me to this thread. There is NOTHING SPECIAL about Yourclick, and as matter of fact, if anything, it's lacking a many strengths clickbank has to offer. It doesn't offer any benefits as opposed to clickbank. I'd rather stay with clickbank when it comes to movie downloads, but again, Platinum Partner moved to yourclick, which is why I moved there JUST FOR THAT PROMOTION.

Clickbank is still my fav all the way -- weekly payouts, more product variety, etc. Yourclick is only for movie downloads for me -- and that's why I participated in the discussion. People weren't familiar, and neither was I, which is why I joined and figured I'd share my views on what is happening thus far. I am giving feedback from my own personal experience -- there is no harm in doing that when this thread was originally about yourclick as an alternative. Like I said, no weekly payouts -- so that sucks royally IMHO, but what else can we do if we want to promote Platinum Partner? That's who they use.

I think yourclick has many things they definitely need to improve on -- and for now, only time will tell how successful they will be. But by any stretch of the imagination, they are in NO WAY better than clickbank. You'd have to be a complete moron to think that. But again, this thread was asking about yourclick being an alternative to clickbank -- and for movie downloads, it's not terrible FOR ME. Topcbstore's experience has been poor with sales -- so people should take that into consideration. But for me, the sales are no different from that of clickbank regarding movie downloads. The only difference I do see is how I get paid (wire transfer) -- something I am not too fond of, so take that into consideration too.

these p2p products doesn't make very good money for me but still i was with it, may be if there is another good alternative then I signed up for there but after reading all these discussions I don't think we are going anywhere..so many here spamming( sorry promoting ) few handful sites but do they really pay ? I don't think its any good to go further. Even now when clickbank dumping these sites ( oh democrats impact - I guess watch-movies.net gone - and ) I have no more intention to continue further. I am staying with clickbank. there are many good products there to promote for which I don't think we have to spam in the p2p format and most have good conversion rates.

if you guys are good marketers may be you don't have to look for p2p things I guess. ;)

I noticed that yourclick.com is based out of the Bahamas. Should that concern me as a publisher or is it just a legality issue?
