alternative cost structure

I think big-board owners would consider using this, but there is no way possible they'd give up 30% of ad revenue being taken by DP. The cost structure makes sense for smaller boards, but not big ones. Why not offer a monthly-fee option instead of the current structure? I think it could generate more business for people unwilling to give up the 30% (but still offer that to the smaller boards). Set the cost so that it's basically in line with what you are making now on average per signup.

They can try it for free for a month as it is. For us, our ad revenue went up about 400%. If they try it out for a month and they aren't making more money even after the 30%, they don't have to pay anything.

30% is a fairly standard percent even for other ad systems.

I'm a little confused.. Do you provide the advertisers (separate from Adsense)? Or do forum owners still provide the advertisers and your system just manages everything?

What advertisers do you provide (and how)? Or are they only people that sign up from our own website.. Thx.

You will get a few random advertisers from people looking through the sites available to advertise on. The most successful are the ones who let their users know they can advertise though... since they tend to be more interested in whatever niche (since they are on the site to begin with).
