    When a visitor clicks on alternate ads rather than adsense ads, does it count towards the number of clicks recorded in adsense stats?

    no it is outside of google at that point

    Oh okay. Thanks a lot. That's mean my less than 1 cents click is not caused by alternate ads probably.
