i was wondering about something that i thought just the other day. i'm sure there is a hole in this idea somewhere, but off the top of my head it seems like it would be a decent strategy. seeing that link exchanges aren't as good as they used to be (from what i've read), and the fact that one-way links are much more beneficial. what if one was to work out a deal with another website of equal or greater PR, that they would exchange one-way links. for example, let's say that i get a site to one-way link to me for two months, then as payment to them i one-way link to them for the next two months, and we keep alternating back and forth. the time frame doesn't necessarily have to be every two months.
