If you carry a valid bank account, wire transfers are the alternative medium

Wire transfer is very expensive ( from my experience ). I sold my site to Ajeet ( in India) in DP sell section for US551. He had to pay US15 (if i'm not mistaken) when he transfered the money to me in Malaysia. In Malaysia, the bank cut around US50 from the amount.

At the end , both of us lose. The bank wins..

I have searched for this before but the options available are riddled with frauds. Be aware!

If you found a nice alternative, be sure to research about it first. If not you'll join thousands of people who've been cheated online

yeah there is a better service called ikobo

    www.ikobo.com

u have to open free account with them. after that when any body sends money to you ( first time ) you will receive an iKard. iKard is a reusable debit card. you can get your money through any ATM Machine.

I have checked iKobo out but it apears to me that many ppl complain it to be a bogus company that is run by Nigerian scam artists.

However, others believe it is a real company with a number of technical and support problems now and then ..

If you've used it, I'd like to hear your experience because I need a service like Paypal badly..

I also live in Pakistan and have received my i-kard from ikobo. I like it as I can withdraw cash from ATM easily and their charges are low about 3%.

They have a initial limit of $500 per month and they are not processing mastercard payments for some time.

You can try Epassporte or Payoneer
both have c. cards and online payments
If you just need to receive paypal you can use exchange services. they can receive paypal for you and transfer it to any system
