    Hello Friend's !

We have been doing Strong SEO and some sort of SMO for one of our client since 2008. We have achieved top 10 rankings for 100 different keywords and top 20 for another 150 keywords around. we are receiving good traffic and recently we have received an email from the client that the sales are not coming as before.

Particularly because of competition's price for their products, and they been facing less sales for the past two months.

Is there any alternate marketing strategy to increase the sales? If you can suggest some tips and strategy, it would be helpful.

You can buy cheap five cent clicks in a number of places. StumbleUpon Ads gets you views, although they are a bit untargeted. I do gigs on Fiverr where I tweet to thousands of people, among a number of other things. It depends on whether the site has widespread appeal, and a good profit margin and conversion rate as to whether social marketing methods would be effective.

We are running an eCommerce website. So cheap click or any related click marketing will not work for us, as we need sales. Not just traffic. We already having huge traffic. I'm just asking any other online marketing which will lead some sales for our products.

You can build an email list from almost any traffic, so long as you have a squeeze page that offers something really good. Some people get as much as a fifty per cent opt-in on their squeeze pages, (as long as the traffic is somewhat targeted), and then you have a lot of time to turn the subscribers into sales, and possibly repeat customers. It's about offering value, building trust, and then making sales. That's what I've heard anyway.

    I would agree with this.

If you're not already capturing leads on a list, you need to do that. Make sure you provide massive value to the list and keep providing value. Get or create free valuable stuff to give away to the list. The objective is not to sell but to help the prospect make an informed decision. That decision of course should lead them to buying your client's offering; assuming your client is offering the best value for money.

Why not ad swaps... provides targeted traffic when researched properly and can be cost effective if done right.

Create unique and rich content sites. Avoid duplicate content. Do not create multiple pages, sub-domains, domains, mirror sites or sites with different domain names but same content.

try to reach their potential customers in places you were not advertising before, for instance in social engines. Create a fan page on Facebook and announce a sales off or limited discount for new "likers"
