Alternate internet streams?

Okay, for caution purposes let's make a hypothetical situation:

Website is put up and ranks top 10 for say "Free Stream on Madrid vs. Germany Futbol". People go inside and go through CPA, popups, subscriptions or whatever to see the content a.k.a. "stream" that they believe is the soccer game. But, after everything they see the stream is just something like a video of pictures of the players.

Now, if a media company had exclusive rights to show the event on something like pay-per-view, can they sue that website for anything? I mean, that website is not streaming the game, but rather related items to the game. Would they have a case?

Just wondering, I'm used to thinking before I act and this is one possible legality that I might run into, though not of the same type but it would most likely play out the same way .

So you are not showing the actual stream for people who complete the offers- just showing a video with pictures of players?

With CpaLead and a host of other networks, fake content is possible ground for termination.

Coming to your second question, they probably can, as you are claiming to have rights to something that you don't have.

Well, if you see that if it were to post in the top ten results under a title such as "Free Stream on Madrid vs. Germany Futbol", if I were to use proper semantics, which in this case I am, I am not claiming to be streaming a video of the game, rather the subject. Also, if this is a legitimate stream of actual content, then CPALead or other networks can't deem it as fake content, especially if the site is backed with articles of the same niche.

Then again, this seems iffy xD
