alternate ads - page not found?

I defined and alternate ad that's an html file. at first it seemed to be working fine.

however, every once in a while instead of seeing an ad, I'll get "page not found"- it isn't every time though.

any idea why this could be?

http://www.ffshrine.org/psa.html is the url of the ad.

you can see an alternate ad here: http://www.ffshrine.org/ff7/ff7.php

another question while we're on the topic: if an alternate ad is served and clicked, does that count as a click in adsense? I wouldn't think so, but the PSA's are counted...

if they are counted as clicks, are you not supposed to click your own alternate ads? I wouldn't think it'd be a problem since you're not paid for those clicks obviously but I never thought about it... (I click on the alternate ads to see if they were working properly)

Alternate ad clicks are not counted in AdSense.

BTW, the ad shows fine for me.

sometimes I get this, others it displays fine

so alt-ads aren't counted but PSA's aren't? or do PSA's even count (for clicks)?
