I have some recommendations.

The pictures you put in yoru GGW post are waaaaaay too big. I know they are shunk down with HTML, but that still means the browser is downloading the entire 1.7 Megabytes of the image. And you have two of them. They should be resized in a photo editor before posting.

Also the links are in light pink, which goes with the color scheme, but is hard to read. try a darker pink, or completely different color.

 

I have nothing to complain about the design but it took ages for me to download your front page

 

I like the design quite a bit. It's original and well implemented. But the load times are terrible (as several people already mentioned) (I am in NY)
