I want to inform you all about possible fraud that takes place by several guys that call them self alphainfonet . Their names are : Arif Khan†Business Development executive , Alpha Infonet www.alphasandesh.com Indore, India Chetan Bhawsar†Rohit Shukla†They have three " services " : AlphaVoip,AlphaVBox,AlphaSandesh I wanted to use the AlphaSandesh product and send bulk emails . After long discussions with Mr. Arif Khan†I was convinced to purchase one of the bulk email package. After 2 day they hold my account in the claim of bad data !!! The same email list that I used many time ("opt in" list ) for my newsletter . after several talks with Rohit Shukla†and Arif Khan†my account was online again . but after a few days they canceled my account and accused me for sending Illegal spam to purchased list and say that i have more then 3% hard bounce (False claim) and i will not going to received refund . The funny thing is that I send my newsletter on regularly base via aweber without any problems and never was close to the Data they are presented with the same list. Anyone who plans to use them be warned I filled a complaint in paypal and my credit card company. I will update you the result .
Hi, I am Manish from Alphainfonet and i am here to represent Mr. Arif (Business Developement Executive) Alphainofnet, as per the above post written by the unknown user claiming Alphainfonet to be a fraud company after going through our old records, we came out with the root cause that this customer has asked for the services which are against the world wide spamming laws and since we adhere strictly to these laws, so we didn't provide the services as per the above mentioned customer usage thats why he claimed this company to be a fraud, but I assure you guys that i can bring those customers which has trusted us and have blind faith in our services.
