I bought A reseller hosting package from these guys last year and this is what I can tell you about them. Within the First 2 weeks I had numerous downtime in which I could not even access my site for periods of 24 hours or more. Then my account completely disappeared. When I spoke to customer support they refused to give me back my money (even after showing them the Paypal transaction record) That's *my* experiences with them. You can infer from this statement what you wish.
Hi, TightWad, can you ping the server ip or still load thier frontpage website? maybe you have encountered some firewall dificulties or mod security blocking. i have many clients also complaining that they can't access thier website and access to the control panel, i have explain it to them that they should be carefull to access to the control panel, because the new version csf firwall and mod security is very strict now for port scanning and failures to logins like ftp and most of all cpanel/whm. i will recommend you to ask them to remove your ip from blocked list or you need to change your isp ip just by restarting your PC or restart the modem. i believe that they are working the best in terms of easy to use the server. do not think negative. ;-) Thanks...
I have no troubles accessing their site. What I had troubles with was having them keep an account open without scamming someone out of money.......... I should have done my research better on this host. Than I would have known they have numerous complaints again them for reporting false hackings and running away with peoples money.
We never refuse any refund request if it is valid.. I dont know who you are so i can not make a comment to your situation. If you was refused a refund then there would have been a reason for that.... We do not scamm folks..We have been here for a long time and we will be here for a long time to come.. If you still have any issue with refund submit a ticket i will look into the situation..
