    All sites are dead now.

    Their website does not even resolve to an IP anymore...
    Ping request could not find host www.impactnetsolutions.com. Please check the name and try again.

    Their servers are still up. I can access CPanel by using their server's IP address.

    Another attempt to scam? :S

    I think it is because they changed the domain's ip.

    We were just doing some upgrades to the server and they required a reboot.

    The server was never down... dns was just resolving... some sites experienced 10 minutes of inactivity... that is it!

    All is well!

    Again, their websites are dead.

    Every now and then, their servers will die. This time however, the server responds to ping, and it appears that HTTPd is running, however the server does not send data back.
