You should put more Google adsense ads on your website...

thats very low CTR. all depends on where your traffic coming from and whether they are targeted or not. you will get more clicks if your site is valuable to your visitor and if they stay longer to read the site. if they come and leave right away, then there will be no clicks. some social media sites offer a good amount of traffic but often those traffic come and go without staying on the site meaning no clicks. lot of things to consider here. just focus on building a valuable site that will offer some value to your visitor.

bad placement for those ads, i always prefer to blend the ads in the blog. This may trick the visitors because they think it is part of the site, but it will gain you revenue.

Ad Placement is an Issue. Try to match your ads with the template of your blog and ad adsense link units below menu bar

Check out how many real visitors you have (not bots) and how they are reaching you. Are they searching for something, finding your site, but your site is not what they want so they just backclick.

put google ads inside a post. use large rectangle ads in between post. your ad placement seems poor
