okay i finished my site and im adding new content all the time now, iv got alot of time free to work on my site but im not sure what to do! except add content...iv been working on getting a flow of traffic but its been tough so far! my organic traffic is like 5%! im working on link exchanges etc.... Definitely not. Google just announced that it was on a campaign to stop adsense arbitrage (People buying cheap clicks for traffic, and making more than they spend back). You might get banned if you did that
what! so its against their TOS, if i spend 100$ on getting people to my site and i make 150$ from adsense from adwords traffic and other sources???
Keep adding content to your site and build incoming links. It takes time but eventually the SE's will start to send you more and more traffic. It's very easy to just give up if you don't see results right away so just keep pushing forward. Also, there's nothing wrong with advertising with Google Adwords to get traffic...even if you don't sell anything. Try it out and see if you can manage a favorable ROI. Also, you can start selling products on your site as well.
i give recomended products in articles with a referal link! i might try a small amount of paid advertising...yeah im just adding content and sitting back i guess...
Concentrate on writing new, original, interesting content. By submitting it to social bookmarking sites you will get a lot of traffic
Wow! Excellent blending. I thought the six links at the bottom of the site were pages of the site before I glanced my eyes right down to the bottom to see the "ads by google". Nice logo. You say organic traffic is like 5%, so where are you getting the rest from?
check the most searched phrases or keywords in your niche, then write loads of unique content for those
Promot your website. I guess if your willing to do arbritrage, might as well spam myspace and facebook.
well, so far i have had alot of phrases and keywords which im not really targeting! but organic traffic is minimal im just writing articles hoping to get soem more traffic come through!
Thanks i tried really hard! im getting all the other traffic from forums where i post! a bit from reffered sites. organic traffic is very low! im just sitting down and adding atleast 1 article daily and looking for links! is site directories a good idea?
Are you using Squidoo? I've just seen someone on another forum where I post get on the first page of Google for some pretty competitive keywords within a couple of days. At the moment Squidoo lenses are getting very high rankings in Google. If you've got time, but little money they are ideal because Squidoo is completely free. Unlike a lot of the other 'social networking' sites, Squidoo actually encourages marketing. Set up a couple of lenses, and link back to your main site. Try writing articles based on keyword phrases that get searched for, and submit them to Ezinearticles, GoArticles and Article City. These articles may get on the first page of Google for the keyword phrase, and even if they don't you will get high quality backlinks from these high PR directories. Ideal keyword phrases are things like "How to.......", things which people actually search for.
