    Order Placed on Feb. 01-08, all details provided same time.

    Received Report today, i.e. Feb. 07-08. the report provided via xls detailing (URL) all 100 links.

    Observation

    1. Out of 100 link, 5 links were not available.
    2. Delivery 6 days, which is fine but quoted delivery was 2 to 5 days.
    3. Seems communication is their weakness. I wasn't informed if they accepted and/or commenced my job.
    4. The provider accepted deduction for 5 non available links without any fuss.
