    Hey guys,

Site in my sig i am trying to sell but am having a hard time trying to price, But in its first month its pulled 8K from google searches can anyone please read my thread (In Sig) and help me put a price on this please.

8k in its first month is a lot of traffic .. well i think so since its genuine search engine traffic. Anyway no one has bid on it but worse yet no one is willing to help me but a price tag on it. Its main searches are " Order & Pre order" so the site is going to make money.. Please if you have time to assess it that would be great.

Just annoying me cause sites with 100 daily visitors are selling for $100- and dont even have a revenue.. im getting roughly 800 daily and then it goes up on the weekends..

Sorry im a very frustrated man at the moment, have a larger project to fund and need to sell this to help fund it, and i cant even decide on a price tag as its a little tricky read thread in sig and you will see why its tricky.

Anyway really appreciate anyone who can reply with some thoughts of a price tag for a site thats pulling 8k in its first month and going to only grow once each month for the foreseeable future.

    Regards frustrated man

I can understand why you are frustrated, your stats look great.
But the fact is that it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, providing you are willing to sell it at that price.
Some people may not be placing bids because they think that you want too much for it (even though you have not stated a bin.)
So first you must decide how much you will be willing to sell it for and set that price so people know if it is in there price range.

Also there may be people a bit reluctant because it is such a young site, that was created on the 25th Aug, Yahoo site explorer says: Inlinks (12,568) (make a few blog comments do ya? :p)

Although the traffic is great at the moment, there is a chance of triggering a spam or sandbox filter with that many links created in such a short time.
(one positive thing about all them backlinks you created is that you got a PR-3 for this toolbar export, if you manage to avoid the sandbox then it will be a great start to a promising site.)

I would suggest you think about how much you are willing to except for the site, then let that be known.
Hey, it may even trigger a bidding frenzy :D

    Cheers

    Mate THANK YOU !!!

    thats all i wanted...

"Some people may not be placing bids because they think that you want too much for it (even though you have not stated a bin.)"

Yes thats why i was trying to work out a fair price... now as for them damm backlinks they got me a little scared cause i did about 500 over 2 weeks, and i paid $50- for someone to make some noise about my site, now i didn't say go hit up every blog possible... a lot of sites did reviews for me for my site (friends in high places lol) and cause alot of attention also, but some people are (well not stealing, but borrowing content from my site and leaving links back to the source MY SITE) so yeah sand box shouldn't be an issue, and msn is also giving me great results.

Again i don't know who much to let it go for 50+% of my traffic is comming from people looking to buy this game and as its a pre order i cant get stats until 11/11/08 and i dont want to wait that long before i can sell as im really pushing to start on a new project.

Anyway mate thanks for taking the time to post !! cheers
