Almost 50% visitor and got click from western contries but earning is still low

My site is related with given information of various opportunities/circulation/news about human development. I got maximum visitors from western countries, like USA, UK, Sweden. Russia etc and clicks as well although daily visitors are very few (near 100/day). But my average earning per click 10-20 cent whatever any country. My visitors came from though Social Media sharing and than E-newsletter and than few from Search engine.
'Development Initiative for South Asian' is my site title and meta tag.
Give me suggestions to increase my potential.

you need to block adnetwork who is giving low cpc in your adsense for more information you need to find in google for how to block low paying cpc adnetwork in adsense.

Guys, Here I can see your site title is 'Development Initiative for South Asian' but your visitors came from western country!! Please clear about your likes from south Asian countries. You should try to increase likes and comments from south Asian countries then it will give you better feedback.

I go to adnetwork through adsense where lot of adnetwork in the list. But how can I find out which adnetwork give low and which adnetwork give high pay. Any website, data or tools. @redesign UNIT

 

Yes my half of visitor came from Western countries and expert said that these countries are high payable. So why for South Asians countries?? Pls explain what help me to understand and do accordingly. @SEMWORLD2015

 

dont know who told you about this! only relevant traffic pays well! @SEMWORLD2015 is correct, if you niche is revolving around South Asia then try to bring more traffic inn from this region! by the way am not still sure what kind of services you are promoting

Anyway, for your information, my website deals with information dissemination about carrier development opportunities, like fellowship, training, internship, conference in the field of human development, targeting South Asian People but some information are usable for the people of all countries.

create more content and do SEO. that will increase traffic and earning.

You must create more content but targeted high volume traffic 30,000 ++. Try create few pillar articles with keyword targeted [volume traffic 30,000+] and create from this articles links to your smaller articles ith long tail keywords
