    The revenue is minimal so it really shouldn't effect the sale either way, it can be huge if marketed due to ad placements.

    Really dude it's a domain and a one page template with duplicate content....

    I'm sure the domain seemed like a great buy to you at the time but stepping back and really looking at it, it's just an "ok" domain in my opinion.

    Maybe someone else will offer more here publicly?

    Yeah, I think my best bet right now is to keep it if I can't get what I paid for the design and template.

    The domain will be worth a lot more in November, I just hate to see it sit without being developed.
