    I might be interested if you dropped the price somewhere in the $200-$250 price range. I don't mean to low ball you, I'm just offering you what I can afford to pay for that site right now since the content needs to be completely rewritten.

    Thanks for your interest DJPromo. If I decide to sell it for cheaper, I will keep you in mind. For now, I am selling it at the sites cost, so I do not lose money on my investment. I hope that is understandable as this site has huge potential with it's great domain and design.
