    dont worry - i understand what you are asking since i just went through the same thing..
    Those are from people viewing cached copies of your pages - i added the U.S. Google domain and Facebook (also Yahoo), but i didnt really trust the international google domains (go ahead, call me a racist!) so i did not include the .FR, PS, etc - the number of views are probably low so i'm not worried about it..

    Yes. You can include those domains to your allowed sites list. As it is crawled by google and when people got your link in the search engine, the search engine will may display like your site as webcache.googleusercontent.com

    It's ok, many adsense account got webcache.googleusercontent.com under the allowed sites list, it just for catche or something Google use to do gather statistics, if you don't want them showed, just delete them, of course, you need to make sure you don't have many visitors came from there.

    I think you can't control them.
    Just stick to Adsense guidelines and leave the REST to Google.
