I have someone wanting me to create them an account on a few CPA networks.. because their english isn't very good.

reason i'm wondering is if I used all my info wouldn't I get taxed at the end of the year for their earnings?

is there a way to get around this?

You're only allowed one account for CPA networks. Also, you can't join for someone else. It's clearly stated in most CPA network terms and conditions.

Bad idea to ever sign up for anything for someone else. Regardless, because if something goes wrong it is you they company goes after.

Just create the account with their details and bank information.

I wouldn't sign up for anything for anyone. If their English is good enough to understand what a CPA network is, and which ones to join, then it's good enough to do the application.
Also...if their English is poor, then how will they create sites to even implement the ads ? If the network is in English, then obviously the ads will be in English..requiring English language websites.

Sounds suspect to me and the reasoning makes no sense.
It's a very bad idea to sign up for anything on behalf of someone else. More than likely you will be held liable for something in the very near future.
