Allowed a Personal and a Premier?

Are we allowed more than one account? Because sometimes I want to receive funds with fees but still be able to accept credit card ones on my other.

Also is it bad to hook up a credit card on a personal and send it to your premier?

According to Paypal's Agreement, you can have 1 Personal + 1 Premier/Business Account.

However, it would be against Paypal's terms to request for payments to be made to the personal account just so as to avoid the fees.

It is not a bad idea to hook up a credit card to your personal account because it will allow you to fund your purchases immediately rather than the delay it takes if you do it through your bank account.

You cannot however pay yourself as that would be against TOS again.

1 personal + 1 other type , seem most practical in usage.

I only have one Premier Paypal account though. I don't think I need a personal one.
