    Does the robots.txt "Allow:" command work on bing, yahoo and/or duckduckgo? I noticed that my website is #4 on Google and not listed anywhere else.

    robots.txt is a web standard and is definitely used by Google, Yahoo and Bing. (I believe DuckDuckGo gets most of its data from Google, Yahoo or Bing.)
