allow banned members to get PMs

Ok, so it happens to some people. They get banned for what ever reason. I (assume) for most members this is only a temporary situation.

Lots of times they are involved with people on the forum. I was just trying to exchange links with a member who was banned. Now I need to wait until they are un-banned to PM them saying I've added their link and would like to have my link added.

If I could just PM them now and they could receive it once the ban was lifted, it'd be a whole lot easier..just my 2c.

One thing you can do is ask for and provide your email address whenever you deal with another member. It's a good way to maintain communication with your potential business partners, and gives you another way to contact them when/if they are banned.
