allmedicaljobs.com - Owned Several Years - Parked & Earns Some $$ - What Is It Worth?

I've owned allmedicaljobs dot com for a handful of years and it has been parked for the last few. I've always had the intention of developing it, but it is still on my to do list.

It makes about $40 or so a year being parked. But I assume the name is really good for the medical jobs market and marketable. Plus the demand for medical workers is only going to grow in the coming years, the nursing shortages, etc..

I'd really appreciate some appraisals from some experts. Thanks.
