allinurl: search error

I was looking at allinurl: searches, and did allinurl:web hosting paypal when I noticed an odd looking url on d/c 64.233.167.104, at around #15. When I clicked on it, I got redirected to another page ([nourl]http://temasearch.com/e-commerce.html[/nourl]). The browser window seemed to jump during the redirect, as well. It seems to be a domain parking site.

I checked headers on the url, and got a 200 status code. This may be due to the configuration of the parking.

I went back to the serps, and checked the cache. Initially, the standard Google cache header comes up, with the first line as:
    This is G o o g l e's cache of http //ecommerce agtail com/website/web-hosting-paypal html as retrieved on Nov 30, 2004 21:55:53 GMT.

but then it quickly redirects to an error page:
    [nourl]http://64.233.167.104/way/?r=http%3A//64.233.167.104/search%3Fq%3Dcache%3AzDJkBc86ZQAJ%3Aecommerce.agtail.com/website/web-hosting-paypal.html+allinurl%3Aweb+hosting+paypal%26hl%3Den[/nourl]

    that reads:

The requested URL /way/?r=http%3A//64.233.167.104/search%3Fq%3Dcache%3AzDJkBc86ZQAJ%3Aecommerce.agtail.com/website/web-hosting-paypal.html+allinurl%3Aweb+hosting+paypal%26hl%3Den was not found on this server.

Ever so curious, I dumped the url for the cache into a header checker, and got a 200 status code.

I was doing the searches and clicking thru because I found non-existent, old pages ranked above me. I was looking at what is there, the pagerank, etc. The end result of the redirect, the parking page, contains no ref to paypal. Apparently, the cache does not exist or some error is keeping it from loading.

What exactly am I looking at besides trashy, old, irrelevant results?
Why the 200 status codes on pages that redirect?
Anybody else see something similar, perhaps in a normal search query?

I don't understand why this post was moved here, under website reviews, from the Google forum...

This is not about why the site shows up. I know why.

This is about finding errors in the google serps, and 404 pages from google giving 200 status codes.

Could the moderator explain the logic for me? Sure seemed to kill any discussion, and it certainly does not fit with the other threads here.
