    allintitle "keyword" vs allintitle [keyword]

What's the better gauge on competition?

I have a niche keyword that gets 12,100 monthly EXACT search volume on Google Keyword Tool.

    When comparing competition,

allintitle: "keyword" returns 84,000 competing pages

allintitle: [keyword] returns 9,470 competing pages

I think the [keyword] might be a worth while pursuit but "keyword" doesn't stand a chance. So, which one is the real gauge on true competion?

Wow, those are good stats. I was wrong about how Exact worked, so thanks for posting this. Forced me to go look it up again.

Do not post those keywords here! You've found a super keyword, so keep it to yourself or someone will hijack it.
