    do the backlinks and see what shows up - it will show the PR also. I have seen PR0 and up show on backlinks using prog.

    I don't think prog makes a big difference.

    yes, I've seen PR0's show up there too, but I've never seen a PR1, PR2, or PR3 show up. I think the PR0 just means that it hasn't been added to the public PR database yet, although it IS PR4 or more according to google's internal calculations.
