Allinanchor text in site menu

    I added targeted keyword in the site menu, in html url looks like a href="/catalog/poker-rooms.php will google count it correctly or i need to add full adress with www?

    is the file in that dir?
    I.E.

    File
    mywebsite.com/page.htm
    links
    mywebsite.com/dir/page2.htm
    you can link that page using href=dir/page2.htm
    or href=mywebsite.com/dir/page2.htm

    So google will count allinanchor text in site menu if it will be a href="/catalog/poker-rooms.php same as www.pokerqw.com/catalog/poker-rooms.php ?
