Allinanchor query no longer reveals presence of Sandbox?

I remember that a couple of years ago, a Google query such as

    allinanchor: keyword
    allintitle: keyword
    OR allintext: keyword.

sometimes resulted in high rankings for a new website, wheras a standard query produced much lower rankings - this is a typical sign of a website floundering in the Sandbox.

    Is this still the case?

I believe it not to be the case anymore (or hope not), at least in my case. I'm in a competitive niche, and one 13 month old PR5 site seems to still be sandboxed - I get over 10 times more traffic from MSN compared to Google. Allinanchor: search results are the same as standard results.

    Any thoughts?

I think you're right. It's not the case anymore.

    20,900,000 vs 36,800,000 there is a difference :)

A Pr 5 site that is still sandboxed really sucks. The allintitle: still works for me. My sandboxed site gets no hits from google for its keyword but sits around 35 for allintitle. I just noticed its PR3 too. I'm waiting it out. Another site I did at the same time, very similar in SEO, is #8 in SERP at G. ERRG!
