Hey, I just got a new design and script on my one year old directory site, www.AllDotNet.com The site has a custom design which tries to make it easy to access all information, easy to ready and easy on the eyes I would like some feedback on the design and the site itself, i.e. the features available. The directory is very large with over 12,000 sites listed and all new submissions are manually verified before being listed. Thanks a lot John
Hello, From a quick first look: Nice design at top. But you need to make the font size of categories at least one pt. bigger and the color of the links more readable. The present setup strains my eyes. Maybe I am getting too old! The bar on the left is too wide and the category list seems to be squeezed in.
I think it looks good. Although it seems as the AdSense ads do not blend in too well and they are just there. It would be great if the tabs at the top turned a different color when the mouse hovers over them and if the active one is a different color as well. In the green box "submit you website" it seems as if the text box is too large for the graphic box as it goes a little bit into the graphic box border. Another things. When you click on the category as said above the Main categories looked squeezed in and are pretty small. Also IMHO, in the categories where you are aligning everything center. I think it may look better if you aligned them left. Othjer than that its great. I really like the way you sneaked (blended) adsense into the listings, although on some pages it doesn't show up.
