You are very optimistic I must say.

 

Pagerank is not everything. Especially after the fluke April updates.

$7.99 for a Lifetime listing with Anchor Text is very cheap. Especially for a directory that will be promoted and will eventually have PR

 

Damn.. even my regulars aren't that high in price and I put some good effort into my directory, not just another cloned template. Actually, my featured listings started out at that price.

I am not planning on getting 1000's of listings right away, that's not the point. AllAnchor is for listings with anchor text that want a revelent backlink from a SE Friendly Directory.

 

Well they're absolutely right in this is ridiculous in price. Bear in mind since you're going to have a bunch of empty categories, you're going to shoot yourself in the foot as far as search engines are concerned.

It actually makes it worth less than free if that makes sense.

 

It's terrible to submit links these days when they are free with reciprocal .

The prices are extremely low compared to many other directories and MOST if not ALL do not allow anchor text listings.

You should correct an error in your template. In the menu at the top you have an option "What is anchor text." This is only working properly from the index page.

 

Next time you leave some rep, leave your name.

I only get attitude when people bombard a thread that is strictly for announcement.

As far as the template, I don't devote 100% of my time to my directory as I have a life other than the internet. I haven't had a chance to design my own template. The skin is a great alternative to the basic directory template.

As far as PR, It doesn't show up over night. PR shouldn't be the #1 concern due to the recent fluke of PR update that gave sites with little to no backlinks PR 6.

As far as money, it doesn't show up over night. Put some work in your directory dude if you want to earn some cash.

 

1) Free with reciprocal is NOT FREE

2) Your prices are not low compared to other directories because you are offering nothing.

3) Most directories DO ALLOW anchor text, your comment is a flat out lie.

4) You have empty categories and are currently getting screwed from search engines for this. Your links are worth less than nothing, not just nothing. No content = No site.
