All web directories have lost PR??????

i don't see any changes in any directory.

 

Absolutely no change, just updated PR's of my directory list. I think only crappy ones might have got penalized.

 

My directory has PR4 last 4 PR updates without any changes.

 

I keep on saying this many times.... Submit and forget, directories are dead meat.

 

Yes, alot of web directories have lost PR, but not all of them. Some of them are still with PR.

 

I also find the ranking of most of my pages down.Dunt know why?

My inner pages got some page rank (PR 3)

So, something is really going on....

 

I saw this as well. I think these directories:

- sell links
- spam
- do not review submissions

 

You must be doing something right, because I don't think most directories are going along this strong Its pretty interesting because in the searches I've done there are very very few directories that still have PR and actually review submissions.

 

Google keep changing their pagerank formula, and the way they give pagerank to sites. Even if you get more backlinks, your pagerank still dropped.

 

In my opinion, i don't think all directories have lost there PR values.. instead some of them who abused their directories might lose there PR

I checked some directories and find some of them lost PR from PR 3,4 to N/A. but I think this will be recovered days later.

 

I also notices the changes of Directories' PR. I also think that google really pay less attention to directories now.
