All water diet?

    Eat more then you possibly think you can and lift weights :) Never have one without the other or you're just waisting your time.

    increase your protein intake, 2 gram per pound of your body weight. also use creatine.

    eat right after your workout, that is crucial and most people miss that

    I would be of the opinion that regular food is better then protein suppliments and creatine, if you can build up a healthy appetite. Real food just has so much more organic nutrients that your body needs. Having said that, I did use whey protein when I was lifting ;)
