All Top Directories is an (almost) new directory of directories with link placement based on contribution amount. PR3 predicted and ultimately will have a solid PR based on past and planned promotion. I don't have a lot of faith in PR prediction tools, but I hope to get a bump soon and I'm confident it'll keep moving higher. I currently reinvest all contributions I receive (and more!) back into the sites investing in All Top Directories and other sites that will generate targeted traffic for directories listed. It's no BigWebLinks, but it is good exposure and a quality back link.
