Are there any of those affiliate eBooks from those crazy dudes that claim to have made millions that are actually worth the ~ $100? Of course assuming I'll make millions of $ online would be crazy, however are there any that can help someone kickstart their affiliate earnings?

The majority of those big gurus that make the big bucks online is due to the fact that they make and release their own products thats what brings them in the big bucks, the amount of money they make on affiliate commissions is probably no were near the claims that they show, however with big lists made through the sales of their own products its an easy way to bring in cash on demand.
Publishers make lots more than affiliates. They sell because they know well how to convince innocent buyers.
Many are crap and many are legit. I do decently as an affiliate but there others out there earning literally millions and they would probably never have the slightest inclination to enter the "marketing" world. I know some of them. They operate in mass-market niches, usually. -Chris
He was actually broke before he started his rich dad mentoring business. My favorites quote of all time is "During a gold rush don't dig for gold, sell shovels. Buying real estate didn't pan out for him but his business on training others to do it did.
I do believe that affiliates exaggerate at times. Primary publishers do at times too but for you to make even tens of thousands on an eBook you will have to do some heavy advertising.
There are some wonderful affiliate marketing ebooks, some of them really got me started online... now a lot of them are junk. Always read 10 reviews of the products on different sites before purchasing.. and millions aren`t that easy to make... it requires some time .. I`d recommend to use Google for anything that you`d like to learn or research.. it`s a great start

see what people are saying about ebooks on the forums, cause if you go and type "ebook name review" of course your going to most likely read a good review as that person is trying to get commission for the ebook itself. Some ebooks are good while others are useless and hyped up. You will be surprised on which ebooks hold value but yet arent as hyped.
The bottom line is that as chris surfrider said many are crap and many are legit. The real question is how many of those ebooks have you actually read though 2 or three times and how many times have you actually done each of the steps (the right way). Many people will continue to read, read, read, looking for the majic formula when the truth is there is none. You have get started and put those books into action. That is the key. Just be prudent in your choice of ebooks that you buy as some are more valuble than others.

Honestly, none of the ebooks will make you millions. My eBook will make you few hundred thousand per year - yeah, but not millions.
