This is just a list of advertising networks. To actually earn money you would also have to get your own campaigns running and you would need to know how to optimise your campaign. Only when you have tweaked a campaign to the top CTRs then you will make money
A good one left out, especially for those with smaller budgets, is 7 Search. Can get bids pretty cheap, but the traffic is much smaller than the big ones like Google/Microsoft.

Really good info. I was actually going to ask about pay per view advertisers. Which CPM networks pays out he most? I have a small traffic so I won't get into CPX, tribal fusion.
