All the ways to ADVETISE to get more TRAFFIC?

    Hi.

    My website Video Games Heaven has been up since December 2006. I upload regularly and I am having around 1000-1500 page views per day. I have tried all kinds of ways to advertise my site.

    - Search Engines
    - Directories
    - Link Exchange
    - Forums (GameSpot, MySpace Groups)
    - Yahoo! Answers
    - YouTube video advertising

    It's been 4 months but my traffic keeps staying at 1000-1500. So my question is:

    What are all the other ways to advertise my website to get more traffic?
    and what are other ways to get more traffic?

    I believe you are reading the stats wrong. I don't think you are getting that many page views a day. What stat program are you using?

    At least it doesn't seem that way according to your Alexa ranking.

    Social bookmarking sites like digg, netscape, del.icio.us and stumle upon are good sources for traffic but not for adsense.

    factchecker, when I say page views, I mean the number on Google AdSense.

    I just used digg and stuff yesterday.
    so I guess I've used almost all the ways to advertise.

    what's next? patience and time? or something else I should focus on?

    Or you can also try writting a good article relating to your topic, video games, then submit them to several article directories. Your article will also have a link of your site hooked with it, so everytime someone republishes your article, you get your link placed on their site.. helps build up PR as well ;)
