I'm from the UK Manchester. I don't have one due to the nature of the work. Say you only want a couple of posts on a forum that would be less than a $1 then due to PayPal fees I could come to some arrangement add more work that will cover these fees So basically I look at $5+ upwards for a PayOut but otherwise I am always open to suggestions and working things out.
