All Search Engines N/A now ?

I've been using the keyword tracker for months and slowly moved up in the rankings for several phrases across all three search engines. However, as of 5/22 and 5/23, I am getting N/A for all tracked keywords across all search engines... even though my rankings in the engine do not appear to have dropped (e.g. I am still number one for a particular keyword in google and three in yahoo, but the tracker now shows N/A for both). To be more specific, N/A for all keywords, across four separate domains for all search engines.

Every once in awhile I have had certain keywords come back with N/A even though they are ranked (and had been correctly tracked by the keyword tracker before), but never ALL my keywords across all three engines coming back N/A. Ideas?

If you are using the advanced usage script (under settings), you might want to make sure it's installed properly.

Thanks Shawn. Looks like that might be it. Something changed on our machine and messed up the advanced usage script page. I'll check that first if it occurs again. You may want to add the above to the FAQ for other knukleheads like myself that either forget they've set up the advanced script or are not bright enough to check it. -Rick
