All QSs in all campaigns set to 1/10. Please help as much as you can :)

I've been using this account to promote offers in my site and suddenly, 2 nights ago all of my QS (exactly all of them) was set to 1/10.

I contacted Adwords support, they told me that the reason was poor landing page (keyword analysis tool also said the same thing). Then I quickly re-designed my landing page and improved it a lot. It's at least average right now. Adwords support also accepted the page complies with the terms.

But my QS never increased. Then I contacted again and this time they told me that my historical CTR was effecting my account(!). Even that's the reason, does it result in a sudden drop to 1/10? I mean if it was a failure, I should have at least one "2/10" or something. And there should be gradual decrease.

I believe this is some kind of "banning" that Adwords support does not want to share with me. (yeah, I asked them if they've banned me :) and they said no) .

So I tought maybe some experienced people knew the actual explanation.

Also, what do I have to do now? Will getting a new account fix the problem?

Will I again have 1/10 QS with the new account when I use the same domain?

Adwords support advised me to increase my CTR. But how can I do that when I don't have any impressions?

    Thanks in advance,

what do you mean by 1/10? is this means poor quality score? waiting.. can you make a test by increasing the minimum bid for only 30 minutes or less(Warning)? keep eye on it.

i think it will take you your original state

Thanks buddy but I think the problem is way more complicated than increasing the bid.

I VERY much doubt historical CTR would make your QS all go down to 1/10 - what were they originally?

It's surpring what rubbish some Google staff come out with these days. It's like they have read a few pages on how Google works and think they know the insides - it comes across that they know next to nothing and are just staff working for Google to handle every day queries.

1/10 definately suggests it's landng page related. What I'd do is try creating a new Ad Group - add the keyword, but this time use a different website. It sounds like your current website has been manually black listed for whatever reason. I've never seen Google give a landing page score so low, via it's own algorithm.

Yeah, I've been reading a lot and everything points to a "blacklisted domain"

I guess I have to move to a new domain. Pitty

    Edit:

I've created a new ad group with the EXACT SAME CONTENT but with a different display URL.
And now I have 7/10 QS for the same keywords and the exactly the same landing page.

Thus, it's clear that my domain is banned and that pretty Google Represantative is trying to fool me
by saying there's no ban etc.

At this point I need to get a new domain.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a domain name for a free stuff site :D

    Regards,
