All pages PR4-PR5 but one page no PR WHY?

    May be this page have'nt a quality content so Google not given importance this page you can creat a sporting site for this page and work properly sure next PR update you got PR.

    Most likely it looks to google as a LinkExchange page which has no common PR, which means the spiders will ignore that page.

    Maybe change the parnters.php name to something relevant with all of your other higher PR pages.

    I had alot of similar websites ..where inner pages doesnt have PR .
    there are alot of explications , but no one is accurate

    I would think it is not in the sitemap. Google and other search engines do not know it is there, so they can not crawl it.

    If you are the webmaster then I would link to it from the homepage. Give it a tab or something.
