    I don't see any use for older OS's with Windows 7 now.

    I really find it hard to believe that MS would care about people distributing Win 98,95 and below. MS hasn't officially supported them for years, and they haven't been sold for years. Microsoft isn't making any money off them anyway, and they have more important piracy issues to focus on with Win XP/Vista/7.
