    Small unique site ( as far as I know - haven't found duplicates in my searches, and
    so I've been told by the seller - so should be unique :) ), domain is aged - I do
    believe it's almost a year old.

    Assume the site receives no traffic whatsoever, and no revenue. The site is setup
    to make revenue via an affiliate partnership with AllPosters.com - simply change
    the IDs and you're ready.

    The site used to make around $70 per month according to the former owner, while
    using an adwords campaign. The profit was both from the affiliate program, and the
    adsense ads, but mostly the affiliate program if I remember correctly. I have all
    campaign details, including the cost per click and the keyword lists (2 lists, lots of
    keywords), as well as the adwords ad copy. Honestly, I tried the campaign myself
    for a few days and didn't have time to monitor it, optimize it etc. - so it wasn't
    successful. I figure if you put some time into it, you could make it work again :)

    I have no proof of revenue, as I bought the site around 10 months ago, if memory
    serves. Anyhow, looking to sell quickly, so make me an offer, otherwise I'll take the
    best offer by the end of Tuesday probably, or earlier.

    I prefer paypal actually, would rather not accept moneybookers. $40 the highest offer right now, I will sell shortly (by Saturday night, or sunday night I bet) to the highest bidder!

    As far as I'm concerned Jim won it for $50. I paid another $9.2 for the domain just today, as I was on vacation and it expired.

    If Jim wants it for $60, he can have it right away - and as far as I'm concerned he has priority over anyone who offers from now on (if he responds within a reasonable amount of time, stating he's still interested).

    Otherwise, the BIN is $60 - if interested, feel free to post BIN as a standby offer in case Jim retracts his bid (it's been a while, so he has a right to do so of course).
