    Cool! You're all in.

Now you can start marketing and stop doing crazy linking schemes. Lesson should be learned from this.

If so, that would be about 99% of the sites.

    It's probably something else.

Google is detecting fake backlinks, or exchanged back links.

Be aware.... and dont learn the hard way

    Caffeine is playing its role.
My blogs also loosed some of their PR.

My website went from PR3 to PR1 all of a sudden too. Lol. I don't care too much about PR these days because my main concern is generating traffic. As long as I get a healthy amount of traffic monthly, I'm happy.

I always thought a healthy PR is an important factor in SERP too?
So if your PR goes down it will affect your SERP.
And if SERP goes down naturally traffic will go down also.
    Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, you are wrong. PR has nothing to do with your SERP. PR is just for people selling links. Your site can have a PR3 and go to a PR0 like OP mentioned but traffic will not change due to PR change. I have a few sites that the PR just went up a lot and my traffic and serps did not change at all.

OP, just work on building a quality site and building QUALITY back links to your site. As long as your getting traffic still I would not worry to much about PR. If your site has the back links and such the PR will most likely return in the future.
Although major PR updates are on an average of every 3 months, Google does small updates in between and your PR may come back before the next major update.

Do some social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting. Work on some 3 way link exchanges too. And be patient, it will all most likely correct itself.
Good luck with your work. If you have any more questions feel free to PM me.

It was prolly just an error in his toolbar. Sometime you have to reload the page to show the pages PR. especially if using Firefox browser.
