This morning it seems all my sites (20+) that are associated with my adsense account have been deindexed. They all still show Adsense on them, but when I do "site:url" in google they are not there anymore. All of them are WP blogs. All with original content and most have been up for like 8+ months. The account had been steadily increasing in earnings doing about $20-$25 a day. The last few days it had been doing about $40-$45. Do you guys think the sudden increase in earnings might have triggered it? Do you think having the same WP theme might also be a problem? What do you guys think happened here? What should I do now? Any ways to get them indexed again? Anyone else experience this before where a whole bunch of your sites are deindexed?
Actually I think the algorithm is updating, the links are updating..pr should update soon too..so these things happen too (at least it has happened before to me, several times, each time before PR publicly being updated_
Happened to my 10 sites also and they are all WP blogs aswell. Do you think wp have something to do with this?
My sites weren't deindexed but I lost major rankings on established sites (multiple ones) today. Don't know whats going on.
its possible that your site still be in index but because of updation google is not showing cache of your page, just check your website through google web master tool
HEy guys I think its just a temporary issue and well come out stronger. I just noticed on one popular keyword that I get a lot of traffic on I just bumped up from #2 to #1 (earlier this morning it was the one keyword i dropped many places). I'm now beating the authority site of the entire industry. Hopefully it will go back to normal (or even higher) for all my other sites.
The same thing happened to me, however I've got my sites back in google. The number of index pages reduced by 20%.
If content is indeed original and you have not done any suspicious linking from/to them them (paid links to or from the domains) then I believe you have nothing to worry about, its probably temporary
You shoudlnt like them between themselves and leave so many footprints when you target highest paiod keywords..
how come? if adsens is still working! It must be because of excessive cross linking detected by Google...get rid of it asap...and start getting links from few trusted sources...best luck
I have witnessed the same thing today. Webmaster tools says pages are indexed and then when you check they have actually all gone. Something big has happened today anyway, they'll either bounce back well or the blog is finished! My only comfort is seeing that there are many other people experiencing the same thing today and so it does look like a dance during a major PR update.
Do you a Google Webmasters account? If so, check your Dashboard for messages/ notifications. One of my site also got deindexed. Also, you can submit your deindexed site for 'reconsideration' from Webmasters contact form.
