All my LIJIT earnings gone

Is it normal that i reach payout $37~ dollars (threshold is $25) and all my stats are 0?
This is the first time i reach payout, and i logged and i saw all my stats are 0 and there seems to be no records of my prior earnings and no payments issued. The money just vanished.
I don't feel safe at all, i'm worried...anyone experienced this?

The question is which month you reach that?
If August then you will see it on October

 

I did contact support them yesterday but since i'm not getting any answer i thought maybe somebody here would know.
I finished august with more than $25. then it all turned into 0. (i had last months earnings $7~, now it's 0)
And no pending payments..that's odd.

According to their FAQ:
When will payment be processed?
"As long as you have provided Lijit with your payment details, and accrued more than $25, you will receive revenue from the previous month at the end of the subsequent month. All transactions will be completed on the 28th of each month. "

I understand that august payment should be made around september 28th, but if i have no "pending payments" i doubt it will happen.

 

I know Lijit are NET30 (i just started promoting them this august also) so you will got paid on October 1-5 or Sept 28-30 for August earnings

Anyway, update me if you got any reply from them. My earnings are also blank.

 

charice,nconde : i am using them from a long time and i trust them. i also just send them a mail.
why not you check your ad-stats: and even at dashboard everything is fine. maybe some problem in their earnings section.

 

I am having the same problem from a couple of months. I wrote them twice but I never had an answer. I know they was serious because in the past I received two payment. I hope they will solve the problem soon.

I am an operations rep with Lijit and can confirm that what everyone is experiencing is a bug. Our engineering team is working as we speak to correct the issue. In the meantime, as rajin stated, you can view accurate stats by clicking the ad stats tab in your dashboard. If you'd like us to look up your current account balance in our database feel free to email us at !
