Check to make sure your advanced usage script is still working where ever you put it.

It is working. And now that retried "check all" Yahoo and MSN are working fine. Yet google still has alot of -9875 while they terms are indexed.

Who knows, you may have hit a datacenter that is updating. I periodically see phrases diasppear only to reappear two or three days later. Hope that is the case for you. You might check some of the datacenters with McDar's tool http://www.mcdar.net/dance/index.php

this happens to me all the time - I have too many keywords and i f I go over the 1000 queries allowed by my developers key the all go -9998 but they come back the next day.

Just be careful not to store too manjy keywords in one account and only check once a day.

I think that varies from person to person. If all your keywords are in first position it can handle many more than if a bunch do not show up in top 200 positions in SERP.
