All my blog posts copied without backlinks

I dsicovered yesterday someone in the same niche has copied every one of my blog posts on to their blog for several months but has never credited me as the source. The posts sound odd without the correct links, and the photos but they must just be after optimized content. I post to that blog nearly every day but I have been getting really low priced adsense ads despite screening out a lot of advertisers, so I must be getting penalised for duplicate content. I have posted comments on their blog asking them to stop, and I have emailed the contact address.
Can anyone advise me of other steps I can take please?

You should place a code in there for the images. So the images shown on other persons blog says "Spam This Blog". I read somewhere you can make a large image that takes over the size of the post and use that in the code.

    Col :)

It appears this blog uses software that republishes RSS feeds from several blogs. I do not see your blog on there, but the other blogs that are included all have proper credits and linkbacks. I see no reason to believe this was not the case with your blog (which was probably removed after you made that plagiarism thread).

No matter you are in complete control over your feed and how it is made available. If you do not want your blog to be made available for syndication than change your feed options. You can also try (with no guarantees) to explicitly state how your feed can or cannot be used. Make sure this statement is not only on your blog, but comes packaged in the feed. Of course if you state it can be only used inside a feed reader, then no reason he cannot just state the blog is a public online feed reader.
