Selling All my Adsense Sites! 7 huge and established sites + 1 unique site!

Hi everyone,

So I've decided to sell all my Adsense websites. Mainly because I neglected them for the last two years and because Google deactivated my Adsense account recently. I know these sites aren't worth much anymore since Google removed their domains from the index but they may be still of use to some of you.

I'll now give as much info as I can about each site. Keep in mind that since my Adsense account was deactivated I don't have any recent revenue data. But it doesn't matter much anyway since the sites have been dumping around $60 a month combined since the Google Panda Update in June 2011. They used to make around $800 - $1'400 a month before that. What I do have tough is all recent Google Analytics Data and some older data from when revenue was good. Let me know if you want access to analytics or if you know of any other way to proof my revenue. I guarantee you tough that all data provided by me is 100% accurate. If you guys want I can also upload all the recent bank statements from Google. Just let me know.

The site which made about 85% of all my Adsense revenue. Good CTR of about 5-6%. Used to have around 1'000 visitors per day. Now averaging around 55 per day because of the Google Panda Update in June 2011. I did the most SEO work on this site but neglected it completely after the panda update. I truly believe this site can go back up to its original revenue and more with some work from someone who's experienced in SEO. Because the niche of printing is a very good one and it generated a lot of natural visits from Google search without much work on my side.

An unique fun site about that guy in a pink shirt who just stands next to a couple of guys in full body protective gear. User driven site where you can download a cut-out of the pink shirt guy and place it on various objects in the real world. Used to have a lot of traffic but gradually decreased over time. Never made any big revenue. The uploader script is broken as well. I bought it originally from someone else on this forum.

These are basically the same type of sites as best-printing.net but with different content. They never made a lot of revenue. My guess is due to the type of people who search for this kind of content and because I never really did any SEO work on those sites. They have all been registered on the same date.

Same type of site as all the others. I set this up on a dedicated IP server for about one year to test it. Again it didn't generate a lot of revenue. Also I didn't do any SEO work. The site is currently offline and not hosted anywhere.

There is another site in the same style which is about "distance education" that currently lies dormant. I never registered any domain for that or uploaded it anywhere. Its included in this auction so feel free to use it for whatever.

All of those directory styled sites come with an easy to use CMS system so you can write your own articles and news as well as a link-manager script and an newsletter script that I never used tough. A manual for how to set up everything is included as well. I originally bought these sites from some guy on eBay back in 2006.

Not sure if your aware or not but ALL of the above websites have been de-indexed By Google

Just Type any of the sites In Google's search bar. IE site:Best-printing.net

Not looking to get flamed, but you are asking $5000 for sites that dont exist in Google's index. (except for hidepinkshirtguy.com)

 

I'm aware of that and I'm really sorry about it. But I figured maybe someone with more knowledge or experience would be able to host the content on a new domain and would be able to generate revenue again. As I said I didn't do much SEO work at all and still the printing site basically took of on its own. The site used to be pr3 before google removed it

What price do you recommend I should ask for all off this?
